Frequently asked questions

Have a question that's not answered here? Contact us and we'll help you out.

What is a watcher?

A watcher is a specific page that you want to monitor for changes. This could be a price, product description, feature list, or any other content. Think of a Watcher as a specific thing you're monitoring for changes. You'll receive notifications whenever significant changes are detected in your watched items.

How often do you check for changes?

Check frequency varies by plan. Basic plans check monthly, while higher plans offer more frequent monitoring, up to hourly checks for critical competitors.

What counts as a competitor?

A competitor is essentially a group of pages/items you want to monitor associated with a single company.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits accordingly.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes, we offer custom Enterprise plans for teams that need additional competitors, more frequent monitoring, or custom features. Contact us to discuss your needs.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You won't be able to add new competitors or watchers beyond your plan limits, but existing monitoring will continue uninterrupted.
